metallurgy sector in Vietnam. Particularly as follows:

successfully advised a joint venture between
PETROVIETNAM and FAIRFIELD (USA) specializing in
geo-physical and geological data processing;

advised the project for exploitation and processing of
rare earth in Lai Chau Province between Vietnam National
Minerals Corporation and LG Group (Korea);

NTK has
successfully advised a joint venture company producing
steel billet from ores with total invested capital of
US$ 15 million in Tuyen Quang Province.

NTK has successfully advised ESSAR Group (India) in the
establishment of Essar Vietnam Steel Corporation - a
