Founding members of
NTK have advised the Consortium of five
Korean construction companies (Daewoo, Daewon, DongIl,
Kangnam and Kolon) in the establishment and development of
Tay Ho Tay New Town Project - Hanoi in an area of over 207
hectares in accordance with agreements between the
Governments of Vietnam and Korea. This is the first 100%
foreign invested project in the new town development and
business in Vietnam with total investment capital of over
US$ 700 million.
NTK is also advising the implementation of CIPUTRA Hanoi
International City Joint Venture Project - so far the
foreign invested project of the largest investment scale.
